Nissan Extended Services North America (NESNA) is pleased to announce the all-new EV Carefree+ program for MY23+ Nissan Electric Vehicles (EVs). All New MY23+ Nissan EVs now include a three-year/36,000-mile Nissan Security+Plus Scheduled Prepaid Maintenance Agreement (PMA) at no additional cost to the Dealer or customer. No Dealer action is required for customers to receive the EV Carefree+ Complimentary benefits below when they purchase a MY23+ Nissan EV.

  • Nissan Security+Plus Vehicle Service Contracts and Ancillary Products are available for purchase on all EV Carefree+ vehicles 

COMPLIMENTARY PREPAID MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (PMA) 
  • EV Carefree+ includes a Scheduled PMA (36 months / 36,000 miles) that begins at the vehicle's sale date and mileage 
  • $0 Dealer Cost 
  • Services include brake fluid replacement, tire rotation, in-cabin microfilter replacement, etc. 
  • EV Carefree+ Complimentary Prepaid Maintenance Plans will be automatically added and require no action at the dealer level 
  • Longer-term PMA Upsell plans are available for purchase at a discounted Dealer Cost 
  •     Retail markup on Upsell plan is capped at $100 
  •     Dealers are responsible for entering/remitting PMA Upsell policies via PCRS or applicable Dealer eMenu (PCRS instructions are below)
